Approved certification bodies for CCC EX and household gas appliances

On 01. October 2019 an extension of the certification obligation according to CCC applies for two new product groups. The document numbers of the new implementing regulations are as follows:

• CNCA-C23-01 (Explosion protection for electronics)
• CNCA-C24-01 (Gas appliances for household use)

Previously it was not known which Chinese certification organizations would be allowed to carry out the certification.With the announcement no. 18/2019 on 28.08.2019 the authority CNCA (Certification and Accreditation Administration of the P.R. China) published a list of the approved certification organizations.In addition to the largest Chinese certification organization CQC (China Quality Certification Center), small organizations such as the Guangdong Inspection and Quarantine Technology Center or the Zhejiang Fangyuan Inspection and Quarantine Technology Center are also listed.
