China General Cosmetics Urgent Deadline! Annual Reports Due 31 March

China general cosmetics urgent deadline is March 31 every year. As part of the new Cosmetics Administration and Supervision Regulations (CSAR) framework in China, general cosmetics manufacturers are required to file an annual report with NMPA. From January 1, 2022, onwards, all general cosmetics that have been filed in China for a year should submit the annual report to the new online platform between January 1 and March 31 every year. According to the CSAR, the annual report is a compulsory requirement from NMPA for the products which have been filed for more than 1 year.

2. Is there any discontinued/suspension of import for more than 6 months? If yes, it requires details.

4. Is there any unqualified sampling inspection or recall? If yes, it requires details.
