On October 13, 2026, Malaysia’s National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) announced the scheduled year-end suspension  of  payment services through its QUEST3+ online payment system and Revenue Counter:

• QUEST3+ Online Payment System: December 18, 2026, last payment date
• NPRA Revenue Counter: December 30, 2026, last payment date
• Both services resume: January 4, 2027
