Registration of Infant Formula in China

As already reported in December last year, the NMPA issued the rules for registration of infant formula on 8.6.2016, and on 22.11.2016 the respective new online registration platform was launched. Until 01.01.2018 Chinese as well as foreign manufacturers must get their registration certificate, otherwise their products cannot be imported or traded in China.
